Whether you are grieving a loved one, navigating a big life change, or healing from abuse in your past, Shock and Trauma Release helps you move forward in life and healing.

 

Participants leave feeling less physical pain, emotional releases, and energy moving throughout the body.

To prepare for the session decide which traumatic event you would like to clear. You will want to choose a specific event rather than clearing an entire period in your life or relationship that caused trauma.
